Abstract

In this article were surveyed main trends in coffee consumption in Ukraine and abroad. Were analyzed component structure of coffee consumption and spatial aspects of location major roasters - enterprises and produsers. Offered the measures by which Ukraine will increase the consumption of coffee and get a good place in the world ranking of coffee’s country.
