Abstract

Landscape therapy can be defined as the use of healing power of natural landscapes as a base for promoting mental and physical health. From ancient times to replenish the energy of the person use the healing power walks. This means of treatments are available to everyone, because everyone lives in a particular geographical environment or the landscape. All natural spheres sound in the landscape. They are constantly changing depending on the weather, season and time of day. All our senses are involved in their perception. All the kingdoms of the indivisible nature and history somehow interact with our subtle vibrations and emanations, opening one of the most powerful sources of replenishment of human energy. Trusting your instincts, experience and intuition, everyone can subconsciously set for yourself the healing power of various landscapes. Thanks to the internet methods of sanitation are becoming more individualized. They are involved broad communities. Landscape therapy involves a large range of different health promoting which all rest upon natural elements. Such natural elements could be negatively ionized oxygen, effect of melt water, sounds of nature. Landscape therapy serves as a reorientation of geography from the transformation of nature and its protection to the transformation of man and his salvation.
