ОЦІНКА РЕГІОНАЛЬНИХ ВІДМІННОСТЕЙ ФОРМУВАННЯ «ЗЕЛЕНОЇ» ЕКОНОМІКИ В УКРАЇНІ

У статті розглянуто основні методичні підходи, що використовуються у світовій практиці для дослідження «зеленої» економіки. Досліджено проблему використання статистичної інформації для оцінки рівня розвитку «зеленої» економіки. Визначені фактори стимулятори та дестимулятори сталого розвитку. Запропоновано методичний підхід, який дозволяє на основі аналізу статистичної інформації оцінити рівень розвитку «зеленої» економіки в регіоні. Проведено його апробацію на прикладі регіонів України. Наведені основні причини, що спричинили формування значних диспропорцій у рівні розвитку.
