ВІДЧУТТЯ МІСЦЯ ЯК ЧИННИК СТІЙКОСТІ ГРОМАДИ МІСТА (ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ НА ПРИКЛАДІ МІСТА СЛАВУТИЧ, УКРАЇНА)

Значення питання відчуття місця обумовлене важливістю формування стійкості громади для вирішення актуальних ситуаційних і стратегічних завдань щодо згуртованості жителів перед викликами природного, соціального чи військового характеру. Відчуття місця в масштабі колективного сприйняття громади вимагає звернення до унікальних та важливих для жителів властивостей місцевості, певного автентичного духу та характеру місця, що піддається когнітивному, поведінковому та емоційному вимірам відносин між людьми та місцями. Метою даного дослідження є розкриття ролі відчуття місця у формуванні згуртованої стійкої громади на прикладі міста Славутич, що не раз поставала перед лицем викликів різного генезису та демонструвала високий рівень єдності та місцевого патріотизму на основі пережитих досвідів. Останній виклик громада Славутича пережила під час блокади і тимчасової окупації у березні 2022 року, коли в результаті мирного мітингу, самоорганізації мешканців та мовчазного опору працівників ЧАЕС місто позбавилося російських загарбників і така реактивна партисипація призвела до активного переосмислення місцевих сенсів і контекстів відчуття місця. На прикладі Славутича продемонстровано, як дві групи факторів відчуття місця (фізичні характеристики та когнітивні/перцепційні фактори) визначають інфраструктурний, економічний, екологічний, інституційний, соціальний та компетентнісний виміри стійкості громади. Спираючись на результати багаторічного дослідження міста з використанням методів спостереження, опитування, глибинних інтерв’ю та експертного аналізу стаття підкреслює, що згуртованість громади в умовах мирного часу та під час викликів військового часу проявляється по-різному: в обох випадках однак ґрунтуючись на сильному відчутті місця, солідарності та встановленні неофіційних соціальних зв’язків. Чітко розуміючи унікальність і виключність Славутича як ідеального міста-супутника атомної електростанції, наймолодшого і комфортного міста в Україні, ми вважаємо, що гуртування під час війни є типовим явищем загальнонаціонального масштабу для всіх українських громад.
