ПРОСТОРОВА РЕЗИЛЬЄНТНІСТЬ ЖИТЛОВИХ РАЙОНІВ: ПРОБЛЕМИ ОЦІНКИ ТА МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ВИКЛИКИ

Стаття досліджує методологічні прогалини в оцінці та формуванні просторової резильєнтності житлових районів, яка визначається як здатність урбаністичної системи реагувати на загрози, адаптуватися та підтримувати базові умови життя. Метою є розробка комплексного підходу до оцінки та підвищення просторової резильєнтності житлових районів у контексті сучасних викликів. Дослідження передбачало такі завдання: аналіз сучасних наукових підходів і інструментів; виявлення обмежень існуючих методик, особливо для постсоціалістичних міст; розробка адаптованої методології з урахуванням морфологічних, соціальних та інфраструктурних особливостей жилих районів. Було використано систематизацію методик, контент-аналіз, компаративний аналіз, логіко-структурне моделювання. Сучасні дослідження базуються на міждисциплінарному аналізі факторів, але мають обмеження: фрагментарність, недооцінка соціального аспекту, обмежене використання цифрових інструментів. Запропонований підхід поєднує кількісні й якісні методи, GIS, моделювання та сценарний аналіз, що забезпечує комплексну оцінку, виявлення вразливостей і формування адаптивних стратегій для сталого розвитку житлових районів. Застосування цього підходу дозволяє створити гнучкі системи оцінки, підтримує проактивне управління міським розвитком та підвищує здатність житлових районів протистояти, відновлюватися і адаптуватися до складних викликів.
